CNA offers a discount for people who attend these seminars based on the company's experience that people are more aware and less likely to become trapped in a malpractice situation after attending Ted's seminars. The discount is available on each of your next three consecutive policies with CNA.   The first of the three policies must be effective (or renewed) within 60 days before or 365 days after you attend.

Here's the deal:

  • Attend any one of these seminars
  • Purchase or renew a CNA Lawyer Professional Liability policy within a year of the seminar
  • Your firm will receive up to a 7.5% premium credit on this policy and on each of your firm's next two consecutive renewal policies (depending upon what portion of the lawyers in your firm attend).
For instance, if the premium for the attendee is $4,000, then your firm will save about $300 for each of three consecutive years.   That's a $900 return for an investment of $169 and 3 1/2 hours of time.

The CNA credit is available only to people attending the actual session.
